Welcome to Define. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

  • "Define," "we," "our," or "us" refers to Define, its affiliates, and subsidiaries.
  • "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using our website or services.
  • "Products" refers to the furniture and related items offered by Define.

2. Use of Website

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our website and services.
  • You agree not to use our website for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
  • We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders and Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Prices are listed in [local currency] and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes, as specified at checkout.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order confirmation unless otherwise agreed.
  • Define reserves the right to cancel orders due to inaccuracies, pricing errors, or other issues.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery timelines and fees will be communicated at the time of purchase.
  • We aim to deliver products on schedule; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Define is not liable for delays beyond our control.
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information. Redelivery due to incorrect information may incur additional fees.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Define accepts returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Return Policy.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

6. Warranty
Define designs and manufactures furniture under the trademark Define. Define is dedicated to designing and producing durable furniture that is built to last. We prioritize selecting high-quality materials to ensure the long lifespan of our products.

Warranty Details:

  • Effective Date: Date of Purchase
  • Coverage Period: One (1) Year from the Date of Purchase
  • Warranty Holder: Original Purchaser Only (Non-Transferable)

Coverage:
Define warrants to the original purchaser that the furniture will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase under normal residential use. During this period, Define will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the defective product or component.
  • Replace the product or component with one of equal value.
  • Provide a full refund if the product is out of stock or unavailable.

Exclusions:
The 1-year product warranty does not apply in the following situations (the list is non-exhaustive):

  • If the product has been stored, assembled, or maintained incorrectly.
  • If the product has been abused, misused, or cleaned using incorrect methods.
  • If the product has been altered or repaired by anyone other than Define.
  • If the product deviates from a color sample or material sample.
  • Damage due to normal wear and tear, cuts, scratches, or impacts.
  • Consequential or incidental damages.
  • If the product has been placed outdoors or in a humid environment.

Claim Application Process:

  • Claims are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Within 2 business days of receiving your claim, you will receive a call to inform you of the next steps.
  • You must provide the following:
  • A Define technician will inspect the issue on-site to assess the request. If repairs must be done off-site, the item will be delivered at no cost to the customer.
  • Warranty repairs will typically be completed within 30 days of receiving a written request. Extenuating circumstances such as material shortages, backordered parts, or labor issues may cause delays.
  • Failure to adhere to manufacturer guidelines will void the warranty.

Care Instructions:
To maintain coverage, follow all care and maintenance guidelines provided with the product.

Limitations:

  • The 1-year warranty only applies to collection products and custom furniture orders.
  • Accessories or miscellaneous products are excluded.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Define website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of Define and protected under applicable laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent from Define.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Define is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
  • Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.

10. Amendments

  • Define reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
  • Continued use of our website after amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
