Once uploaded, customers will find empty slots under the picture where they can specify their desired materials and measurements for their product. Our team will then work closely with the customer to bring their vision to life and create a customized furniture piece that perfectly matches their preferences.

The turnaround time for custom orders at Define varies depending on the complexity of the design and the availability of materials. However, on average, custom furniture orders typically take between 4 to 8 weeks from design approval to delivery.

At Define, we use only the highest quality materials for our custom furniture, including hardwoods, upholstery fabrics, metals, and finishes. Our materials are carefully selected for their durability, aesthetic appeal, and sustainability.

Yes, at Define, we offer delivery and assembly services for custom furniture orders if the furniture piece requires it. Our delivery team will ensure that your furniture is safely delivered to your doorstep, and if assembly is necessary, they will assemble the furniture for you. We aim to provide a seamless experience from delivery to setup, so you can enjoy your custom furniture with ease.

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards And bank transfers. Additionally, we offer flexible financing options and installment plans to make purchasing your custom furniture more convenient.

At Define, we stand behind the quality of our custom furniture. While we do not offer refunds for custom orders, we provide a warranty of 1 year for product maintenance. If your custom furniture requires maintenance within the warranty period, Define will cover 25% of the costs associated with repairs or adjustments. Additionally, if your furniture is damaged during delivery due to the fault of the delivery company, Define will cover 100% of the costs of necessary maintenance or repairs to ensure that your furniture meets our quality standards.

To inquire about the progress of your custom furniture order, please contact our customer service team directly. Our representatives will provide you with updates on the status of your order and address any questions or concerns you may have. Additionally, we will contact you a few days prior to the delivery date to inform you that your order will be delivered soon.
